Care (AAALAC) — The Association for the Assessment
and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care, International
is a voluntary, independent accreditation organization.
Harvard Medical School has a policy of maintaining an animal
care and use program accredited by AAALAC. Facilities and
program assessments are conducted every three years. The
Institutional pays for all fees set forth by the AAALAC
